Online coaching is an effective way for you to receive the benefits of High Performance Coaching in the comfort of your home or office on your schedule.
- You'll have 3 private calls with me to work deeply on your goals.

You will start with a private 60 minute kick-off call with me, have a mid-point check in, and a wrap up call. These calls will be video or phone calls--your preference.
There will be 2 modules released to you per month. Two live coaching calls with recordings each month. Two video trainings and two powerful worksheets.
The days and times of the live coaching calls will be scheduled once the group is formed to best meet the needs of the participants. Remember, you can access everything even if you can't make a call. Plus you can ask questions 24/7 in the private group.
